How to Edit your Profile in KT Connect

Kangarootime's KT Connect app gives parents and guardians convenient access to their child(ren)'s account information. 

Adding a profile contact picture and your child's contact picture helps the childcare school or center improve security and safety.  Staff can more easily identify authorized individuals during pick-up and drop-offs, ensuring a smoother and more secure experience for everyone.  This article provides step-by-step instructions for adding or updating your personal profile picture and your child(ren) profile picture in the KT Connect app. 

How to Add or Change a Contact Profile Photo

1. Sign in to the KT Connect app
2.  Select the three- bar Hamburger Menu button
3. Select Profile 
4. Select the pencil icon next to your current photo or initials 
5. Select a photo from the phone's photo library
6. Position or crop the photo in the circular window 
7. Select the Checkmark icon

How to Add or Change a Student's Profile Photo

1. Sign in to the KT Connect app
2.  Select the three- bar Hamburger Menu button
3. Select Profile
4. Select Children 
5. Select the pencil icon next to the child's current photo or initials 
6. Select a photo from the phone's photo library
7. Position or crop the photo in the circular window 
8. Select the Checkmark icon

*Make sure that the KT Connect app has access to your photo library 

How to Edit Contact Name in KT Connect

1. Sign in to the KT Connect app
2.  Select the three- bar Hamburger Menu button
3. Select Profile
4. Update First Name or Last Name 
5. Select Update Details
