Enrollment Web Portal

To provide contacts who do not wish to download the KT Connect app an easier way to re-enroll, Kangarootime now offers an online web portal specifically for enrollment. The experience will be very similar to what contacts see when they log into KT Connect to re-enroll in care and/or update their contact/child details. 

To access the portal, families who already exist within Kangarootime can follow the directions below:

1. Go to https://family.kangarootime.com/
2. Enter a phone number or email address
3. If a contact enters their phone number, they will be sent a verification code via text message, if the contact enters their email address (as shown in the gif below) they will be emailed a verification code
4. Enter the verification code within the verification code field
5. Click Verify
6. Once verified, the contact will see any enrollment activity they've logged in the past along with the opportunity to create a new enrollment
