This policy outlines expectations for safely operating a vehicle while conducting company business. It covers driver eligibility, insurance requirements, safe driving practices, and what to do in the event of an accident.

Who does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to all team members who may operate a vehicle for company business, including when using a personal vehicle, rental vehicle, or company vehicle.

  • Personal vehicles must meet required insurance coverage
  • Distracted driving (phones, devices) is strictly prohibited
