Family Discounts

Family discounts may include discounts such as:

• Free/Reduced Lunch
• Military
• District Employee
• Other eligible family discounts

To request a family discount:

1. Direct families to use the discount request form.
   
   
2. If the family has already used the link and needs additional support, they can email the SMS Team at discounts@alphabest.org.

Employee Discounts

Eligible AlphaBEST team members may receive an employee discount based on the number of days they regularly work.

To apply for the employee discount:

1. Register your child or children for the program and pay the registration fee through the AlphaBEST website.
2. Complete the AlphaBEST Employee Discount Application for your manager to approve.
3. Once approved, the SMS Team will apply the discount for the following week and any upcoming weeks enrolled.

Discount Eligibility & Calculation

• The employee discount is available to regularly working team members. Substitutes are not eligible for the employee discount.
• The discount is based on the number of days the team member works each week.
• The discount equals the number of days worked. For example, if a team member works 2 days per week, they receive a discount for 2 days.

Note: Registration fees must be paid during enrollment and will be applied as a credit toward future billing.
