 Referral Bonus Amounts

Eligible referring employees may also receive an additional $100 bonus if the referred employee remains with AlphaBEST for 12 consecutive months, including the school year and summer.

How the Referral Bonus Works

If someone you refer is hired into an eligible position, your referral bonus is paid in two parts:

• 50% after the referred employee reaches 90 days of employment
• 50% after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment

If the referred employee stays for 12 consecutive months, the referring employee may also receive the additional $100 retention bonus.

Important Referral Requirements

The referring employee—the employee who made the referral—must personally complete and submit the referral form.

Managers, supervisors, or other employees may not submit the referral form on someone else’s behalf.

After a referral is submitted, the referring employee’s manager may receive an AB Pulse notification asking them to review or sign off on the referral as part of the verification process.

A manager’s sign-off does not replace the referral submission. The referring employee must still complete and submit the form themselves within 30 days of the referred employee’s hire date.

Manager Responsibilities

Managers may be asked to help verify employee referrals after a referral form has been submitted.

If you receive an AB Pulse referral notification, please:

• Review the referral information provided.
• Confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Complete the requested sign-off or approval in AB Pulse.
• Complete the request promptly so the referral can continue through the verification process.

Managers should not:

• Submit a referral form on behalf of an employee.
• Claim or assign referral credit for another employee.
• Wait to submit the employee’s referral form themselves.

The referring employee is responsible for submitting their own referral form within 30 days of the referred employee’s hire date.

The manager’s role is to review and verify the referral when prompted, not to create the referral submission.

12-Month Bonus

In addition to the regular referral bonus, the referring employee may receive an additional $100 when the new hire remains employed with AlphaBEST for 12 consecutive months.

The 12-month period includes both the school year and summer.
