Who Can Use AB Pulse?
All AlphaBEST employees have access to AB Pulse, including:
• Full-time staff
• Part-time program staff
• Site Directors and Managers
• Support Team members
The platform is used across the entire organization to share updates, resources, and announcements.
AB Pulse for New Hires
New hires receive AB Pulse login credentials after they have been in ADP for approximately 24 hours.
Your login details are sent by email.
Your username will be your Employee ID from ADP.
If you do not receive your login information, contact:
Logging Into AB Pulse
AB Pulse works best through the mobile app on your personal phone.
Download the Beekeeper app from:
Once installed, log in using your AlphaBEST credentials.
AB Pulse can also be accessed through a web browser.
For security and privacy reasons, AB Pulse should not be installed on site phones or iPads. This helps keep your personal information and account secure.
What Can I Do on AB Pulse?
AB Pulse is where employees go for important company information and updates.
You can use AB Pulse to:
• Complete the HR portion of new hire onboarding
• Read company announcements and updates
• Access policies and documents
• Receive training reminders
• Participate in polls and surveys
• Celebrate colleagues and site highlights
• View career development resources
What Are Streams?
Streams are the spaces where communication happens inside AB Pulse. Some work like digital bulletin boards for important updates, while others are built for conversations, shared ideas, recognition, and day-to-day connection across AlphaBEST.
They help organize information by topic, team, or purpose — making AB Pulse more than just another messaging platform. Streams create a central place for employees to stay informed, connected, and involved in what’s happening across the organization.
How to Use Streams
To get the most out of AB Pulse:
• Check streams regularly for updates
• Post in the appropriate stream
• Turn on notifications for important updates
• Engage by liking or commenting on posts
Where Do I Find Resources and Documents?
Important policies and guides are stored in the Document Library .
You can find resources such as:
• Company policies
• Training guides
• Program resources
• Operational documents
The library allows you to quickly search for documents when you need them.
How Will I Know If I Need to Take Action?
Some posts will include tasks, forms, or required actions.
You may see:

These will appear in your Activity Feed and notifications.
Can I Post on AB Pulse?
Yes.
Depending on your role and stream permissions, you can share:

Names in AB Pulse are connected to ADP.
If you need to update your name:
