About AB Ascend
AB Ascend is AlphaBEST’s education and career growth program for eligible Site Directors. The program helps Site Directors build new skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for future opportunities within AlphaBEST.
Through AB Ascend, eligible employees can access up to $5,250 per year in fully funded education benefits through Guild, including course fees and textbooks.

To participate, employees must:
- Be a Site Director I or Site Director II
- Have been with AlphaBEST for at least 30 days
- Be an active employee in good standing
Site Director Substitutes are not currently eligible.
Employees may already be enrolled in another school or education program. This does not disqualify them from AB Ascend courses.

Courses vs. Internship Program
AB Ascend includes two connected opportunities: courses and internships.
Course participation may support priority consideration for future internship opportunities, but enrollment in AB Ascend courses does not guarantee an internship placement.
Courses help Site Directors learn and build skills.
Internships help Site Directors apply those skills and gain experience.
