ABAscend is an internal development program designed to retain and grow high-performing Site Directors by combining education through AlphaBEST’s education partner, Guild, career exploration, and real-world internal internships.

Eligibility & Requirements

Be a Site Director I or II
-
Have been with AlphaBEST for at least 30 days
-
Be an active employee in good standing

(Optional) You may already be enrolled in another school or program—this does not disqualify you from AB Ascend courses.
Program Benefits

Up to $5,250 per year in fully funded education benefits, covering course fees and textbooks

Access to 70+ college-accredited certificates & undergraduate-level courses through Guild—including education, HR, accounting, AI, marketing, and more

Dedicated Guild coaches who support you from enrollment to course completion (included at no cost)

Career coaching within AlphaBEST from our Career Pathways Manager to help plan next steps, strengthen skills, and explore future roles

Priority consideration for future internship opportunities tied to AB Ascend coursework (internships launching Q1)

Access to micro-trainings such as interview preparation, transferable skills development, and career planning (coming soon)
Why are we launching this now?
We’re addressing high first-year turnover in the critical role of Site Director and limited upward mobility by investing in internal talent.
The program supports our strategic goals to improve Site Director retention by 10% and strengthen leadership pipelines.
