Flexible Scheduling

Our Flexible Scheduling option allows you to book sessions on an as needed basis.

Please note: Flex Scheduling does not guarantee a spot in the program, as availability is subject to change.

Please note the following policies for Flexible Scheduling:

  • Flexible Scheduling sessions can be scheduled up to 48 hours in advance of attendance.
  • Flexible Scheduling sessions can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance.
  • Flexible Scheduling sessions are billed regardless of attendance. Refunds are not issued for missed bookings.
  • Cancellations must be requested through the KT Connect app at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking to receive a credit.
  • Flex days can be scheduled only if there is space in our program for regular school days.

To register for an available Drop-in Childcare session, please follow these steps:

1. Open the KT Connect app and select Attendance

2. Select Schedule New Booking to register for additional days

3. Select the dates you would like to register and select View Availability

4. Available dates will be displayed on a class tile(s). Tap the carrot icon next to the date to expand the availability information. Tap the class tile to schedule.

5. When you have finished selecting the scheduled dates, select Review

6. Review dates and select Confirm

7. Scheduled dates will be marked with a green box, and the word Drop In will be listed under the date.
