Creating and Changing Your PIN in KT Connect

A four-digit personal identification number (PIN) is required when using the Kangarootime Kiosk to check children in or out at a student's school or center. A PIN is used at the kiosk to securely check in/out children, verify authorized access, and help maintain safety and accurate attendance records. PINs can be created and changed using the parent-focused mobile app KT Connect. The following article provides step-by-step instructions for creating and/or updating your personal KT Connect PIN.

To create and/or change your PIN in KT Connect:

1. Open the KT Connect App

2. Select the three-bar hamburger icon in the top left corner

3. Select Change Pin

4. Enter the desired four digits in the PIN textbox 

5. Enter the same four digits in the Confirm PIN textbox
6. Select Save
